U.S. Attorney Michael DiGiacomo announced the arrest of Demetrius Parker, a 43-year-old resident of Buffalo, New York. Parker faces charges of possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, which could result in a maximum prison sentence of 20 years.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Nicholas M. Testani is overseeing the case. According to the complaint, investigators executed search warrants on May 28, 2025, at two residences located in Buffalo and Cheektowaga, as well as on Parker’s vehicle. The searches led to the recovery of 124 grams of suspected cocaine, 86 grams of methamphetamine, and 50 grams of suspected fentanyl. Authorities also seized $1,762 in cash, a loaded magazine, a Digital Video Recording (DVR) system, drug paraphernalia, a gold necklace with diamonds, and three cellular phones.

Parker appeared before U.S. Magistrate Judge H. Kenneth Schroeder Jr., where he was detained following his initial appearance.
