A lawsuit has been filed in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York by Danis Manuel Rivera Umanzor against Stonebridge Golf Links & Country Club, LLC, Brentwood Golf and Country Club, Inc., Lessing’s Inc., and Steven M. Kirschbaum. The plaintiff alleges violations of federal and state wage laws during his employment as a cook from October 2021 to September 2025.
