Eastern District of New York seeks comment on amended Chapter 13 model plan

The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York has announced proposed changes to its Chapter 13 Model Plan. The Board of Judges is seeking public input on these revisions, which are available in both redline and clean versions.

Comments regarding the proposed amendments can be submitted electronically to 13plan@nyeb.uscourts.gov or mailed to Naeisha Rogers, Chief Deputy Clerk, at the court’s Brooklyn address: United States Bankruptcy Court, 271-C Cadman Plaza East, Suite 1595, Brooklyn, New York 11201-1800.

The period for submitting comments will close on Monday, April 13, 2026.
