Despite her exemplary performance and reviews, Caruso-Jones alleges that she faced significant pay disparities compared to male colleagues, discriminatory practices related to maternity leave, and was ultimately forced out of her role as younger males were hired in her place. The lawsuit claims that such discrimination is part of a broader pattern at RBC affecting other women in senior roles.
