In a case filed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, plaintiff Mohamed Boudali is seeking justice after a violent incident outside a Chelsea nightclub. Represented by Kaufman Lieb Lebowitz & Frick LLP, Boudali alleges that defendants Daniel Aba and Daniel Nisanov harassed him and his friend, leading to an unprovoked attack where Aba struck Boudali with a blunt object. The incident resulted in severe facial injuries for Boudali, who was later wrongfully arrested based on false information provided by Nisanov to the NYPD. The Manhattan District Attorney’s office eventually dropped the charges against Boudali. The lawsuit seeks compensatory and punitive damages, along with attorneys’ fees.
